David Dye is the creator of GreenManner.com and looks forward to sharing his experiences with you. David is a licensed residential builder in Michigan, owns ArborServe LLC - http://www.arborserve.com (a renovation company in Ann Arbor), is an EPA certified RRP (renovation, repair, and painting), and loves to help people live in a more sustainable manner.

David has always enjoyed building and repairing things and in 2001 had an opportunity to start his own business. Beginning as a handyman David helped many Ann Arbor homeowners and soon realized the need to become a licensed builder.

In 2005, David got his builders license and started ArborServe LLC. Keeping his focus on sustainable renovations, water harvesting, eco friendly products, and emerging technologies enabled him to learn a great deal about building green. David enjoys talking about what people can do to make their life have less of an impact on the environment.

David believes if "you keep it easy and simple- people will do it". This is why David started GreenManner.com, to help people take small steps on the path to living a more green and sustainable lifestyle.
